LDR Survival Series: Part Two, Post Six – Communication Tools

Just like a Close Distance Relationship, LDRs rely on communication. It is the only form of contact you have most of the time. We LDR couples don’t get much of the hugging, just hanging out in the same room non-verbal stuff that CDRs take for granted. This post will cover several ways to maintain communication over the distance. I’ve tried most of these in years past for various reasons. I’ve not had many problems with any of them, though there is one I’ve yet to use but have gotten rave reviews from friends who have tried them. Plug in fun and ones I recommend so far

I have just spent most of the day fooling around with my plug ins. This is absolutely addicting!! Laughing Out Loud I have tried and discarded many plus there are ones that I’ve yet to fully test the functionality. Though I am sure my listings of what plugs rock versus which are the pits as I use them more, I am going to give you all a list of seven plug ins that I think are pretty awesome. [Read more...]

As one can see from my gadgets on this blog, I use the social networking service Twitter. I follow the website Mashable there, and they have been tweeting fairly often about the impending release of Google Wave.
