Hopefully you’ll have a chance to make your mom’s mac and cheese soon I really like this one because it doesn’t get super greasy the way other mac and cheese I make does. It was really good cold too LOL I’ve tried the recipes with flour but usually end up messing them up some how….probably just need practice </p> <p>Thanks for sharing your mom’s mac and cheese recipe with us. Very simple. You make a white sauce with flour, butter, and milk. To that add one can of Campbell’s tomato soup and then melt the cheese in that. Pour over macaroni. I always made quite a large amount when my kids were little because they loved it. Haven’t made it much lately but you have me hungry for some right now. Amounts are whatever works for you and the number of people you are serving or leftovers you want. One of the major reasons that I began to blog was so that I could communicate with so many new people and I’ve done exactly that. I’ve not done much for my goals for this month, unfortunately. Been dealing with a mild bit of depression due to some financal matters. Those will be fixed for a short bit once my mom and I make a trip tomorrow, so I am hoping to shake this depression and rock on this month.</p> <p> I am glad to hear (and see) that you’re getting goals accomplished!
