Back in December, I had just moved this blog to being a self hosted site. I posted my favorite plug-ins at the time. Looking back, its funny how I only use one of those now. Though all of those did have good points, I found others that I like more or decided not to use that type of plug in anymore. Today I am going to give you my new favorite plug-ins for word press!

Clean up on aisle five!!

I have no idea how it happened, but something totally fubar-ed my word press installation yesterday. Removing the most recent plug ins did not help either. I figure that something in the data base got screwed up, but I couldn’t make heads or tails of how to import a back up. For real, MySQL commands on the page in the codex I was trying to work from just did not work..probably the user though! So, what did I loose?

I have just spent most of the day fooling around with my plug ins. This is absolutely addicting!! Laughing Out Loud I have tried and discarded many plus there are ones that I’ve yet to fully test the functionality. Though I am sure my listings of what plugs rock versus which are the pits as I use them more, I am going to give you all a list of seven plug ins that I think are pretty awesome. [Read more...]
